- Payment Terms: Full payment or designated milestone deposits must be received according to your service agreement before development or deployment begins.

- Refund Policy: Due to the custom, high-ticket nature of digital infrastructure development and resource allocation, all payments made to OnyxStream Labs are strictly non-refundable once project onboarding or mockup generation has commenced.
3. Intellectual Property Rights

- Our IP: All underlying software architectures, proprietary frameworks, designs, and development methodologies used by OnyxStream Labs remain our exclusive property.

- Client Ownership: Upon full and final payment of all project fees, you retain full ownership of your finalized, branded native course application assets and content.
4. Client Responsibilities To ensure timely delivery of your app infrastructure, you agree to provide necessary assets (such as logos, branding guidelines, platform credentials, and course content) in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may result in adjusted project delivery timelines.
5. Limitation of Liability OnyxStream Labs shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, third-party platform updates (such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store policy changes), or service interruptions beyond our direct control.
6. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
